This notice explains how information submitted through vaeynlab.com is used. It is a plain-language website notice and does not claim compliance certification.
Information you provide
When you request a landing-page review, Vaeynlab may receive your name, work email, company, landing-page URL, platform, paid-traffic channels, optional spend range, and the issue description you submit.
Technical and diagnostic information
The site may process limited request information, including an IP address, to restrict spam and repeated automated requests. This data is kept in bounded in-memory rate-limit state and is removed when the server instance ends or an entry is evicted. It is not added to an enquiry payload. If you run the optional live diagnostic, the landing-page URL you submit is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights for analysis. Avoid submitting a URL whose path or query contains confidential information.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to assess the request, respond to your enquiry, discuss possible scope, operate the diagnostic and anti-abuse controls, and maintain reasonable business records. The site does not ask for passwords, API keys, or administrative credentials.
Service providers
Hosting, form-delivery, email, Google diagnostic, and security providers may process limited information when required to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Retention and choices
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, and applicable obligations. You may ask to correct or delete information, subject to legitimate record-keeping needs.
